Their customer service really goes above and beyond. I was struggling with which watch and strap I should buy my SO, and they walked me through the process and landed on the Victory Black with the Black Horween strap. My husband is a watch enthusiast so I am always on the look out for something new for him. I saw an Ad for this brand and decided to take a chance. He has mentioned a few times wanting something a bit more sporty to wear when he is not at the office, and this black watch caught my eye. When I gave it to him for his birthday, he said he never heard of this brand, but mentioned the quality was on par with his more expensive watches. Watch is exactly what I was looking for, and the thing that I loved the most was the packaging. All the other watches that I have bought come in a little cube, but this one came in a good looking box that had some extra goodies that I wasn’t expecting. Well done Velan, I will be back!
